Information collected
When you submit an inquiry, the site processes your name, email, project description, selected language, an empty anti-spam field, and limited form-timing data used to prevent automated submissions.
Why it is processed
The information is used to assess and respond to your project inquiry. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Delivery and throttling
Resend processes the message for email delivery. To limit abuse, the server temporarily stores a private HMAC of the connection IP; it does not store or log the raw IP.
Retention
Inquiries that do not become a business relationship are retained for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Questions or requests
Email Daniel to ask about, correct, or request deletion of an inquiry. This notice should receive jurisdiction-specific review before launch.
